When will I be billed for my printed label?

If you select our UPS or Fed-Ex rates from the drop down payment is withdrawn from the digital wallet when the label is purchased.

If you select your carrier rates from the drop down then you will be billed from the carrier directly.

Note: In the example shown below, the customer is using there company UPS rates to compare to OnShip Elites rates. Customers rates are highlighted in blue OnShip Elites rate is highlighted in yellow.
